Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduling is done within the allowed timeframe.

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation at our discretion.

Full service fees may still apply.

9. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used before their expiration date.
